In our everyday life we quite often don’t manage to reach the goals we set for ourselves. We believe that we fail because we are simply not “good enough”. As a result, we automatically make the conclusion that we should be “better” than we are now. In this struggle, we create a complete set of physical, emotional and mental efforts, which move us further and further away from our natural way of being.
This struggle has negative consequences on our lives: The efforts weaken our bodies and our will, and it becomes each time more difficult to achieve what we want.
In this presentation I would like to introduce you to my work as practitioner of the Grinberg Method. I will demonstrate the key parameters of how I teach to recognize and stop the unnecessary efforts.
I’ll show in practical demonstrations how you can learn to relax without switching off from reality, how to become powerful, and learn to face the thrilling and marvelous adventure of being naturally you.
Every learning process aims to become healthier and get more freedom in life.
