“Negative“ emotions

“Negative“ emotions are an important part of our human experiences. So, when not wanting to feel them, we actually miss this part of life, and thus this part of our power.

It’s the intrinsic nature of “negative“ emotions that we don’t want to be bothered by them. So, over lifetime we learn to create all sorts of strategies to avoid feeling them. Unfortunately, we fail in most of the cases. Not only because “negative“ emotions happen anyway, but because these strategies involve other experiences that make us suffer, like worrying, tensing muscles, being stressed, or being stuck in heavy moods.
