The best way to learn anything is – to do mistakes

Dear friends,

Last time I was in Moscow, I conducted a seminar about personal life rhythm. The aim was to start becoming aware about how much we give up our personal rhythm and thus loose our freedom and power – and of course to recover it.

After this seminar, that I was very satisfied, and I had a huge amount of requests for individual sessions. I responded to most of them, working daily as much as my energy allowed me to.
And after one week I was exhausted. I returned to Barcelona, and for few days I was completely out. First I thought it was because of the amount of sessions. But then, after resting few days, I realized that I still carried something inside that did not allow me to really recover my power. I realized, that attending to other people’s requests, I had ignored my personal rhythm – and as long as was not aware of it (being convinced that of course, I never would loose my rhythm) I continued out of rhythm.

Until I realized the truth: I had taught a wonderful seminar – and had then failed to use it personally.

And right at the moment when I realized this, that I was out of rhythm, when I became aware about my difficulties to keep my personal life rhythm, I had a chance to do a new step in my learning.

Most people believe that when they understood an issue, they already learned it. I’m not an exception.

Reality is, though, that real learning only happens when we try to apply the theory and fail once and again. Each time we fail, we have a chance to learn about another aspect of our personality: We can learn how we forget about our body, how we stop breathing (while we believe that we’re breathing a lot), how we contract the shoulders or tense the pelvis area; we can learn about how we cannot stay in the moment, about the unpleasant physical experiences and feelings… And when we do all this, we can decide: We can decide to observe, to hold the effort or the resistance to a feelings for some while – and then let go these efforts.

The more we observe our failures with curiosity, the more we agree to fail without punishing us nor becoming frustrated, the more we can use our failures to evolve.

I share my personal experiences with you, because I want you to see that nothing is given by heaven. Each and every one of you can learn, the same as I did – as long as you’re ready to play and to fail and to continue exploring.

My next visit in Moscow will be soon, from October 12th to 17th. During the weekend I will conduct the seminar “Fear as a source of power“ (see more information in https://www.facebook.com/events/512029496295223/), and from Monday to Thursday, October 14th to 17th, I offer again individual sessions.

The seminar is nearly fully booked, so in case you have interest, please contact Genia Ivashenko as soon as possible. In case it is already fully booked, you can also book for the seminar in November 23-24, where we will explore the ways of silencing our mind in order to be fully here and now and thus powerful.

Due to raising prices, I have to announce also that I will have to raise my prices from November on (in October I keep my old price).

Price per session in October: 5000 rubles.
Price per session starting November 2019: 6000 rubles.
