During life there are many conditions, which reduce our efficiency and joie de vivre, and we feel to be more or less helpless about them. These conditions could be corporal symptoms like Tiredness, Tense Muscles, Menstruation Sufferance, Lack of Appetite, Head Ache, and conditions like Lack of Initiative, Fear, Stress, Discontent or Nervousness.

 

These limitations of our well being are very frequent the result of long-standing habits. Over the years we got used to these habits in a way, that we repeat them automatically without being conscious about. In regard to these habits we take up defined postures, which are then difficult to change.

 

On one hand we put a lot of energy into keeping these habits or behaviour patterns. This energy is missing then for our daily life. On the other hand these behaviour patterns are a limitation, as they take away our chance to arrange our life with freedom and creativity.

 

In my work as Certified Practitioner of the Grinberg-Method, I teach you to be aware of your body, your tensions and postures. This improved attention helps you to let go your tensions and fixed postures and to change your behaviour patterns in defined situations of your daily life. This enables you to treat these situations in a different manner and to handle them with creativity – you break the habit.

 

You learn how to use your body as a source of power and creativity and how to develop in your live more pleasure, willpower and control. With this you can improve your well being, your quality of life and your ability to learn.

 

You are able to manage different situations in life with less stress, and you learn to stop chronic sufferance in their initial stage.

Quieres parar de sufrir dolor?
Hasta agosto de 2009 estoy realizando un estudio en el que quiero cuantificar la reducción del nivel de dolor físico que produce mi trabajo. Para ello, invito a quien esté interesad@ a participar, a 5 sesiones gratuitas. Quien esté interesad@, que se ponga en contacto conmigo.
Sesiones de relajación gratuitas
A partir de ahora, y hasta finales de julio de 2009, doy sesiones gratuitas de 20 minutos de duración. En estas sesiones te enseño a relajar los hombros y la nuca. Las sesiones tienen lugar los miércoles de 12 a 15 h en la casa Orlandai, Sarrià, c/Jaume Piquet nº 1.
