Our feet carry the weight of our bodies and reflect the way we stand in life and the way we walk through life. Our feet are a reflection of our bodies. They have different size and shape, and moreover different flexibility, temperature, markings, tissue structure, color and sensitive areas. From all this information, we can see not only the imbalances in the body, but also imbalances that shape our being beyond our body: Our emotions, our way of thinking, our way of reacting to different situations in life.
This allows the trainer to see and describe an overall picture of the client’s condition. This in turn is our starting point for successful work.
