Each session is a personal training session: you learn something new about your body, about how you feel, about how you hold on to behaviors and attitudes that in some way diminish your quality of life. And you are asked to pay attention to certain aspects in your life between sessions in order to gain control over them and eventually become master of your life.
A learning process always requires the client’s cooperation and self-responsibility. The more engaged clients are, the faster and better results they achieve.
