Individual sessions can take place live or online.
The advantage of live sessions is the direct contact with the trainer. This is especially important when working with physical conditions (tension, migraine, back pain,…).
However, individual sessions can also take place online, especially when an on-site session is complicated for logistical reasons. The client learns to work quite independently with their attention and thus achieve real changes in their body.
Sometimes a combination of live and online sessions is also possible if the situation requires it.
