Training as a practitioner of the Grinberg Method in the Beyourbody Academy: a profession in which you touch people's lives.

You learn from scratch a profession in which you teach people to draw the maximum potential from their bodies.

You learn a wide variety of touch, breathing and movement techniques that enable learning through the body.

You learn to develop individual working strategies that enable your clients to reach their goals in the best possible way.

You undergo a 3-year training in which you develop your physical, mental and emotional skills to learn about and develop your own potential.

810 hours of classroom instruction, live demonstrations and practice
3 individual consultations
3 supervision sessions
12 group supervision sessions
