sMove - Stopping Movements is a training to the rhythm to music, where we learn to move our body in a different way than we are used to. We break movement patterns and regain all the energy trapped in tensions and fixed postures. This reduces our pain and stress.
The workout is a fun and enjoyable experience where we also learn to calm our mind and gain a light and energetic state of mind.
