The wrong rhythm

The sense of loosing time pushes me forward, to run, to do something useful, “meaningful”, something recognized by others…
There is a rhythm as if I should fulfill, pushing me from outside, that makes me run and forget what is really essential for me. And there is my own rhythm, which somehow asks me to be here in the moment, to breathe in the moment, to have time to observe the moment, to perceive it as it is.
We can try both: when we are in hurry, to continue hurrying, but intentionally, maintaining all the efforts and urge on purpose. Then, when we get tired of it, we stop it and continue in another rhythm.
