Learning to be well

To be well or not to be well – it is a body experience.
Thus, I teach to pay attention to the body – with touch, movements and instructions.
You learn to gain control over your body: breathing, relaxing in different parts of the body.
You learn to recognize automatic patterns: efforts, moods and ways of thinking, which you repeat without control.
You learn to perceive how you hold these automatic patterns in your body.
And you learn to stop repeating them, gaining confidence, vitality and a clear thinking mind.
In consequence, you win freedom, and your body becomes healthier.
